Gaskets consisted of a metallic strip ribbed and rolled up in spiral, on an intercalary ribbon selected according to the temperature and to the chemical nature of the fluid. Their use is compatible with temperatures between -200°C and +1000°C for variable pressures from 0 to 350 bars.
- Rolling-up : stainless steel, Inconel, Titanium, Monel, Nickel, Alloy.
- Intercalary : graphite, PTFE, Material(Subject) without asbestos.
Realization with or without inner or outer ring, with or without metal jacketed bar.
Gaskets with covering are consisted of a PTFE envelope and an interior trim associating the chemical resistance of the PTFE, in the elasticity of the used material.
They consist of various synthetic fibers associated with a binder in compressed elastomer allowing to realize the sealing of every types of fluids in all conditions following current standards.
They provide the sealing of moving parts or not such as : rotating shafts, pistons, agitators, pumps, mixers, valves, gates.
Raw materials : silk of PTFE, fiber of PTFE, graphite, synthetic fiber.
Impregnation : PTFE, graphite, mica, graphite oil, grease.

Gaskets completely metallic realized from thin sheets, by cutting, undulation, spinning or machined in the mass.
Gaskets consisted of different materials (PTFE, Graphite, asbestos-free materials) covered with a ductile metallic envelope allowing thermal exchanges between assembled parts.
These 2 gaskets families (Metallic and Metal jacketed) can be realized in any sizes, shapes, and common or special metals.
